Every two years, all 435 seats in the United State House of Representatives are up for election. In our area, there are two key races. Bonnie Watson Coleman has served as the representative in New Jersey’s 12th Congressional District since 2015. The current representative for New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District is Andy Kim, who is running for the NJ Senate seat previously held by Robert Menendez. Darius Mayfield and Bonnie Watson Coleman are in the running to represent New Jersey’s 12th Congressional District in the US House of Representatives. The 12th Congressional District covers Mercer (Ewing Township, Hopewell Township, Pennington, Princeton, Trenton, West Windsor), Middlesex (Cranbury, Dunellen, East Brunswick, Helmetta, Jamesburg, Middlesex, Milltown, Monroe Township, North Brunswick, Old Bridge (also in 6th), Plainsboro, South Brunswick, South River, Spotswood), Somerset (Bound Brook, Bridgewater (also in 7th), Hillsborough (also in 7th), Frankiln Township, Manville, Millstone, Montgomery, North Plainfield, Rocky Hill, South Bound Brook), and Union (Plainfield) Counties.
Herb Conaway Jr. and Rajesh Mohan are in the running to represent New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District in the US House of Representatives.
