To celebrate 40 years of our Tribute to Women award, YWCA Princeton will be honoring four amazing women who exemplify our mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. The outstanding women are agents of change in Mercer County and we are proud to recognize the work they do to make our shared community a better place.

Managing Director, Blackrock
Elizabeth (Liz) Koehler is a Managing Director and Head of Advisor Engagement for BlackRock’s US Wealth Advisory business. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Liz manages a multi-functional team that empowers financial professionals to grow their businesses, build new and durable client relationships and leverage a full suite of unique digital capabilities on blackrock.com. Her team develops innovative tools, industry insights, educational programs, bespoke study groups and strategic business consulting – in an effort to help financial professionals enhance efficiency, build portfolios to meet client goals and reimagine the client experience as the industry rapidly evolves.
Prior to her current role, Liz was responsible for product management, business development and strategy for BlackRock’s Multi-Asset Solutions and Models within US Wealth Advisory. Prior to joining the Product & Platform Team, Liz was Head of USWA Product Marketing where she oversaw the positioning and development of content for BlackRock’s open-end mutual funds, separately managed accounts, alternative investments and 529 plan. She joined the firm in 2003 as a member of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers’ (MLIM) Channel Marketing & Strategy team.
Liz was named Woman of the Year in 2021 by Women in Asset Management. She graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Business. She also has a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Applied Positive Psychology. She holds the Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses and became a CFA charter holder in 2008. Liz is the Global Co-Head of BlackRock’s Women’s Initiative Network (6,600+ members). She is also Chair of the board for non-profit Arm in Arm which helps support families in need across Mercer County NJ with food, housing and job support. She lives in NJ with her husband and two sons.

President and Cofounder, Share My Meals
Isabelle Lambotte is a visionary leader with a passion for solving complex problems through innovative solutions. In 2020, she founded Share My Meals, a Princeton-based non-profit organization that addresses food insecurity and reduces the environmental impact of food waste by recovering and delivering healthy meals. She is also a key contributor since 2013 to the Tushita Foundation in Rajasthan, India, which provides education and support to underprivileged children.
Isabelle has a unique talent for recognizing individuals’ untapped potential and providing them with the tools and encouragement they need to make a meaningful difference in their communities. Her work has created a supportive environment for women to collaborate, grow in self-confidence, and find a new sense f purpose through community-building projects.
With a scientific and business background, including the pharmaceutical industry and the broader healthcare environment across Europe and the US, Isabelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her no-profit work. She previously held multiple positions over 10 years at Abbot Laboratories in Belgium and holds a Pharmacy degree and MBA from UCL Belgium.
Isabelle has resided in the US since 2007 with her husband and two children. In 17 years in Princeton she has built a strong network of friends and supporters who share her commitment to creating positive change in the world.

Executive Director, Anchor House Inc.
Kim McNear, is a graduate of Temple University and Rutgers University. Kim holds a Master of Social Work degree and has more than 30 years of experience working with children, youth and families. Kim began her professional career at Anchor House, Inc. in 1991 as an intern and for 12 years held various positions within the agency. For 5 years, Kim was employed by Millhill Child and Family Development Center as the Senior Family Coordinator working directly with children and families. For 8 years, Kim served as the Director of Residential Services for LifeTies, Inc. overseeing group homes for abused and neglected youth.
For the past 15 years, Kim has served as the Executive Director of Anchor House, Inc. Under her leadership, the agency has implemented 5 new programs addressing the needs of youth who are abused, neglected or experiencing homelessness.
Kim serves as the co-chair for the Trenton Social Impact Group. She is on the Boards of Nonprofit Connect, Lawrence Township Education Foundation and embrella (formerly Foster Adoptive Family Services). She is an active member of the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Trenton where she serves on the Scholarship and Youth Ministries. Kim is the Area Vice President for the Middlesex Central Baptist Association Women’s Auxiliary. She has served on the Trenton/Mercer Continuum of Care Executive Board, the Workforce Development’s Youth Investment Council and the Federal Advisory Board for Runaway, Homeless, Youth.
Kim is the proud mother of three beautiful children, Damaris, Jordan and Victoria. Her motto is “If I can help someone as I pass this way, then my living shall not be in vain”.

Founder and CEO, Landit
Lisa Skeete Tatum is founder and CEO of Landit, a personalized executive coaching and career pathing technology platform created to increase the success of women and diverse groups in the workplace. The platform offers a turn-key “one size fits one” solution that enables companies to attract, develop, and retain their talent.
Previously, Lisa was a General Partner for over a decade with Cardinal Partners, a $350M+ early-stage healthcare venture capital firm. She also worked for Procter & Gamble.
Lisa serves on numerous high growth, public, and nonprofit boards, including Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK), World 50, Union Square Hospitality Group, Cornell University Board of Trustees, McCarter Theater, The Lawrenceville School, and the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors.
Lisa received her BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University and her MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a member of t e Kauffman Fellows Class 4 and a 2012 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
She has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fast Company, Vanity Fair, Fortune, Inc., Black Enterprise, CNBC, and BBC Business, and named to Fobes’ 50 over 50 list as one of the Most Impressive Women Entrepreneurs by Inc. Landit was named one of the Top 10 Innovations That Made Women’s Lives Better by Fast Company.
