June 23rd, 2025 - August 22nd, 2025

Our goal is to empower your child through educational, social, emotional and physical growth through positive experiences. Our activities are designed to provide a sense of inclusiveness, pride, and achievement in each program.

Your children will be treated with dignity and respect and their safety is our first priority. At YWCA Princeton, we strive to provide youth programming that is affordable, accessible, and above all–fun!

This year, we have two new offerings for our 4-5 year-olds and a special program for our 6-8 year-olds that takes a deeper look at the cultural landscape of Princeton. Check out our programs and see what YWCA Princeton has in store for you this summer!

Programs offered at three different locations, please be sure to confirm which location your program is at before registering. Contact Ella Bennett, Assistant Director of Youth Programs with any questions at ebennett@ywcaprinceton.org or 609-497-2100 x391.

Our Summer Programs

  • Take a Bow: Summer Artists Lab

Pannell Center: 4-5 yr. olds, Second floor 6-8 yr. olds

Join our theater ensemble! Students will develop a show every two weeks based on four themes: Folk Tales, Musicals, Superheroes, and Fairytales. . With a focus on collaboration and creativity, our instructors will utilize themes to lead students in writing, designing, crafting, and performing their own show. Sessions end with a recorded presentation for those unable to attend. Because, after all, everyone involved deserves to take a bow.

  • STEMtastic Summer

YWCA Princeton: 4-5 yr. olds and 6-8 yr. olds

Each week of our fun program takes your child on a discovery journey in a different area of STEM, including game design, engineering, and robotics. Our skilled instructors will help kids create hands-on projects, turning their ideas into reality while learning important skills. These sessions are designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and teamwork, welcoming children of all abilities. It's a fantastic chance for every child to explore the excitement of STEM!

  • Cultural Kaleidoscope

    Redding Circle: 6-8 yr. olds

Explore the food, folklore, music, and language of different countries without leaving Princeton. Sessions are themed around an area of the world, while every day will highlight a new country and the customs that make it unique. It’s never too early to embrace the diversity of the world around us and ask the questions: how do we fit into our communities and the world at large and what can we learn from people of different cultures?
