Tim Walz, Vice President
Kamala Harris has selected Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate; he has served as Governor since 2018. Prior to being Governor, Walz was a member of the Army National Guard and served as a high school social studies teacher and coach. He was elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in 2006 and was re-elected for another five terms before becoming Governor.
