Alison Reynolds, Esq.

Alison Reynolds, Esq. has more than a decade of experience focused on environmental, agricultural, and real estate law. She began her career as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Environmental Practice Group where she represented several New Jersey State agencies, including the Department of Environmental Protection, the Water Supply Authority, the Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission, and the State Agriculture Development Committee. She then went in-house with the State Agriculture Development Committee where her duties included counseling the agency in farmland preservation transactions and being the primary contact for Right to Farm Act inquiries. Ms. Reynolds joined Kumer & Hopper Law, now known as Watershed Legal Group, in August 2022. At Watershed Legal Group her primary practice focus is on real estate and land use matters with a more specialized focus on agricultural and land conservation matters.
She is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, NY where she received a certificate in environmental law. In May 2022, she completed the Professional and Continuing Education Leadership in Disruptive Times Certificate Program at Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business. She also served on the advisory council for this program.

Annabel Tierney is a business news and information industry executive with more than 30 years of experience in leading global teams and enhancing organizational productivity. Annabel retired in 2023 as the Vice President, Content at Dow Jones & Company, Inc.
A culturally-sensitive and versatile leader, Annabel has been recognized for driving results in a collaborative and inclusive manner. She served as the executive sponsor to a DEI working group whose mission was to ensure that departmental goals, policies and projects fostered and facilitated an environment of inclusion and diversity. She served also as the executive sponsor to the Dow Jones Reads initiative, a reading literacy program at The Cherry Tree Club, a preschool run in partnership between HomeFront and the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
Annabel has a passion for coaching and mentoring and a proven track record in talent development, project leadership, strategic planning, and communications/editing. She is the mother of two, and lives in Princeton Junction with her husband.
