YWCA Princeton's 2024 Crafts & Cultures Festival will be a vibrant celebration of diversity, creativity, and community spirit. Join us for a day filled with performances, artisan crafts, and family-friendly activities that showcase the rich tapestry of our community. This event is not just about fun—it's about coming together to support the YWCA's mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. Discover unique handmade crafts, savor global flavors, and connect with people from all walks of life at this must-attend event.

We are currently seeking vendors for this event - crafters, artists, food trucks, face painters, community nonprofits, etc. Scroll down to purchase and secure your spot!
Each 10x10 vendor space will be $50. We also have Pavilion spots ($65) that include a 10x10 space under our Pavilion and includes a metal picnic table with attached benches (that can be moved if you prefer). We are also asking each for profit vendor will provide an in-kind donation to the YW (minimum value: $25).
We have a special discounted rate of $25 for nonprofits.
Fine print:
All vendors must exit grounds no later than 5:00 pm.
All trash and unsold items must be removed at the end of the sale and cannot leave this on the property.
All vendors must provide their own table(s), chair(s) and tent if preferred.
In the unlikely event of bad weather on both days, vendor fee is non-refundable and will be a donation to the YWCA Princeton.
The YWCA Princeton reserves the right to refuse any vendor application. Should this occur, fees will be refunded. The Vendor shall defend, save, and hold harmless the YWCA Princeton, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, beneficiaries, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, weather, vandalism or any loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present, or future. Tables are not insured by the YWCA Princeton or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care, and maintenance of exhibitor's property. ANY VENDOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY
