By joining or renewing enrollment in Newcomers & Friends at YWCA Princeton, I certify I am an adult over 18 years of age and support the YWCA Princeton mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. As an applicant for program or activity participation, I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants and persons involved in the operation of YWCA Princeton programs for any claim arising out of injury to me or any member of my family who may be participating as a spectator. I understand that even when every reasonable precaution is taken, accidents can sometimes happen. Therefore, in exchange for YWCA Princeton allowing me to participate in its activities, I understand and expressly acknowledge that I release YWCA Princeton and its staff members from all liability for any injury, loss or damage connected in any way whatsoever to my or my family’s participation in YWCA Princeton activities. I understand that this release includes any claims based on negligence, action or inaction of YWCA Princeton, its leadership and staff, members and guests. I have read and I am voluntarily signing this authorization. As part of participation in YWCA Princeton programs or activities, I recognize my photo may be taken and used in marketing publications (such as but not limited to: course catalogs, program brochures, annual reports, online promotions, or proposals for funding), and I grant my permission. In case of emergency, I hereby give permission to medical professionals to provide me with appropriate medical treatment.

I agree that Newcomers & Friends membership information included in the annual directory and other forums is for the exclusive use of the members for social use only.  I may not use the directory or membership lists to advertise, sell or solicit funds to further any political, religious, personal, or charitable gains.
